  • What Kind of Pets Do You Allow?

    We allow non-aggressive dog breeds and cats. Exotic pets are not permitted.

  • How Many Pets May I Have?

    Two pets per apartment with a combined total maximum weight of 50lbs.

  • Are There Any Pet Fees?

    $91.67 monthly per pet for the first 12 months and $50 per pet each month thereafter

  • What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

    You must wear a mask to tour an apartment.

  • What are your fees and monthly charges?

    There are monthly Pet Fees and Storage fees, where applicable.

  • What are the income and credit qualifications?

    Combined income for all applicants must equal 40x the monthly rent and 80x the monthly rent for guarantors.

  • What is acceptable “proof of income” for the application?

    Salary/Hourly Employees must provide ALL below:
    -Signed letter of employment with current salary
    -Most recent W2
    -3 recent paystubs
    -2 recent Filed Tax Returns (1040 Forms) - first 2 pages
    -2 recent bank statements (all pages)

    Self Employed/Independent Contractors must provide ALL below:
    -2 recent 1099s
    -2 recent personal filed Tax Returns (1040 Forms) - first 2 pages
    -2 recent personal bank statements (all pages)
    -Letter from CPA
    -Any documents that support ongoing income

  • What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

    Both lease holders are not required to meet the income requirement. We can combine income from both lease holders to meet the 40x the income requirement.

  • Is my security deposit totally refundable?

    Upon move out, an inspection of the unit will take place. As long as there is no other damage beyond normal wear and tear, yes, the security deposit is fully refundable.

  • If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

    We do not allow lease breaks.

  • Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

    We do not provide month to month leases.

  • What utilities are included in my lease?

    Hot water.

  • How long is the term of the lease?

    No less than 12 months.

  • Do you accept leases for short terms?

    No.

  • Am I required to have renters’ insurance?

    Yes.

  • Do you offer furnished apartments?

    No.

  • Do you offer corporate apartments?

    We do accept corporate leases.

  • When is my rent payment due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of the month.

  • What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

    A late fee is charged after the 10th of the month.

  • Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

    Yes, you may sign up for online payments here: www.ClickPay.com/Hampton.

  • Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

    You may mail in your rent check to the address on the pre-addressed envelope included with your rent bill. You may also sign up for online payments here: www.ClickPay.com/Hampton.

  • There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted?

    Yes, please notify Hampton Management for additional information.

  • Do you have reserved parking?

    Yes, we have an on-site parking lot in the back of the building.

  • I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?

    In the on-site parking lot area.

  • My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

    If your children are 18+, yes. Please notify Hampton Management for additional information.

  • Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

    No.

  • Do you have cable services?

    Yes, Verizon Fios is the provider for the building.

  • Does the property have a fitness center?

    Yes.

  • Does the property have a swimming pool?

    No.

  • Does the property offer on-site recycling?

    Yes, every floor has a compactor area with recycling bins

  • Are gas grills permitted at your property?

    No.

  • Is there any additional storage space available at your property?

    Yes, there are storage lockers which can be rented for $90 a month each.

  • Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?

    Yes, with prior permission from management.

  • Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

    There is a virtual doorman & designated package room.

  • Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?

    No.
